Aerosculpt  (September to May)

Aerosculpt fitness classes are an interval workout. It is a cardio workout designed to sculpt your body. Includes 1/2 hour yoga stretch and release after each Aerosculpt class. Interval training is a type of physical training that involves a series of low- to high-intensity exercise workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods
• A total body workout that uses a fusion of fitness and yoga
• Combines interval training, resistance, strength, yoga, core, and more

Monday, Wednesday and Friday Mornings / 9:15am - 10:45am
