“This month of fitness has been a little different for me as I broke a toe. For the last four years, I have loved to attend the Monday and Wednesday morning AeroSculpt classes. Well, I had to rethink just how I was going to do this. So I decided that even though my toe was mending, the rest of me loved to move. So I hopped on over to the YogaSculpt classes. What a treat! I loved the change of pace and the ladies of course. This week, I am back to one class of AeroSculpt and one class of YogaSculpt. Perfect!
